Shari Kludt, a graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, embarked on her appraisal career in 2002. She founded Sunshine Real Estate Appraisals in 2004, building a thriving company known for its high-quality residential appraisals and consulting services. Shari’s extensive experience includes handling complex appraisal assignments, such as custom waterfront homes and unique properties. Her high level Certified General State Certification, FHA approved status and 20 years of real estate appraisal experience have solidified her reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

Brent Kludt, a certified residential appraiser, complements the team with his expertise and over 11 years of real estate appraisal experience. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brent pursued his education in Gainesville, Florida, graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree. He brings valuable insights and knowledge to appraising various property types, including custom waterfront homes and unique properties.
